At Full Control, we pay special attention to your data, therefore we comply to the legal requirements when collecting and processing personal data. In this privacy policy, we will provide you with detailed information on the scope and purpose of collecting your personal data.

  1. Principles for data collection and data use

The use of our services in the mobile app and on our website is in general available without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis. These data will not be transferred to third parties without your explicit consent.

The legal basis for data protection is defined in the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (TMG).

The following information provides information on where and when we collect user data and how we deal with these data.

The concept of personal data is defined in the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz. Personal data collected by us is, for example, your name, address and contact details.


3.Recovery and processing of personal data

If you send inquiries to us via contact form, your details from the inquiry form including the contact details given by you will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for the case of related questions. We will not transfer on this data without your consent.


  1. Registration of a Full Control account

For some services you need a user account, which you can create on our website or in the mobile app. As part of the registration process, you must accept our terms and conditions and the data privacy policy, which you can view at any time in our apps or on our website. After sending your data, your user account will be created and the login process is completed. To identify you, we use small text files, called cookies, in the browser.

For registration, we only need the following data:

In addition, you can enter information about your gender, height, date of birth and weight, and add a profile picture. You can create and / or link your Full Control account with your Facebook account. If you register through your Facebook account, you will be redirected to Facebook, where you confirm what data we can access. Your Facebook profile and Full Control account are permanently linked via the email address. Your email address will be stored with us and we will contact you at this address. We also note that you have signed up for Facebook. We will not share any information about you without your consent. Important: We do not know your Facebook access data at any point and have no options to post something in your Facebook profile without your permission. Other Facebook functions like the “like button”, are not affected with our account registration.

  1. Data collection, processing and utilization within the Full Control apps

General information

For some of our services in our apps or website, you must have a Full Control account. In chapter 4 you have seen, which data are processed.

In addition, further data is collected or generated. These include in particular the Full Control Coach:

Your personal training program

After you have purchased the Full Control Coach, you must complete a fitness check. Based on your results, you will receive a customized training plan. At regular intervals, repeat this step and complete a fitness check again.

If you can not perform certain exercises, we offer alternative exercises. The suggestions are based on your personal information and partly based from the findings of our workout program.


Evaluation of location data

We use your location data without connecting it to any personal data. They are statistically evaluated and show us in which region most of our athletes are, so that we can adapt our services for them more specifically.

Access permissions

In order for you to focus on training and that your app works smoothly, we need certain access rights, such as access rights to your camera or rights to send you push messages. For doing so, we ask you for permission during the installation process. You can always withdraw your permission in the settings of your operating system. If you revoke the permission, you must be aware that this may cause the app to stop working properly.

Our app requires permissions for the following functions: camera, gallery, location assignment, delivery of push messages, mobile data / Wlan


6.Contact form

If you send us inquiries by contact form, your details from the inquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored for processing the inquiry and for answering questions. We do not transfer this data without your consent.

In the case of information on other communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone), you also agree that we may also contact you via this communication channel to answer your request.

You can revoke your declaration of consent at any time. For the exercise of the revocation, please contact the person named at the end of this declaration.


  1. Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need from you an e-mail address. We use the so-called Double Opt-In procedure to make sure that you want to receive emails from us. You will receive a confirmation email including a link. With this link you activate the newsletter service. Further data is not collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not transfer it to third parties.

IP anonymization

We use the „Activation of IP anonymization“ function on this website.
